Surely Vetri chieftains (or is that chef-tains?) Jeff Michaud and Brad Spence are two dudes who know a thing or two about food. And that?s precisely why they were tapped to do a couple of episodes of ?Dude Food? for YouTube?s Tasted channel. For their big debut, they give a quick demo on how to make Cacio e Pepe, the traditional pasta, pepper and pecorino Roman staple that's one of Amis? most popular dishes. Though not quite as racy and potty-mouthed as both chefs' turns on Vice's "Munchies", in this clip you get practical cooking tips ? reserve a little pasta water for your sauce ? as well as some digs on the Garden State from the Jersey Cannonball himself. Check out the full clip straight ahead. Word is, there are a few more episodes from Michaud and Spence in the Tasted pipeline.
